My Story
I passionately believe that therapy can help children, adolescents, adults and families build upon their strengths and achieve their therapeutic goals.
I work from a position of compassion and respect, always focusing on my client's strength, resilience and knowledge. I trust that clients do the best they can with the information and skills that they have at the present moment. With hard work and willingness, we all have the potential to gain new wisdom, learn valuable lessons, and enhance our individual and collective lives.
In my personal life, I am a blessed mother of three wonderful teenage children. My life is a daily struggle of balancing mini-emergencies, striving to stay present and aware, and always remembering to have gratitude for life's little miracles and delights.
